Business Partners
From its head office in the Netherlands, Stage Entertainment Touring Productions oversees the production of the shows, and together with its regional offices coordinates the tours, promotion and marketing campaigns in its core markets. Elsewhere, Stage Entertainment Touring Productions is active in supplying show content to local promoters.
Wherever it is in the world, Stage Entertainment Touring Productions maintains the same care regarding its brand and the attention it pays to its audiences. To this end, Stage Entertainment Touring Productions works closely with an international network of promoters and venues, all of which have both expert knowledge of their specific markets and a clear understanding of Stage Entertainment Touring Productions as product, production and promotion. Having the right long-term partners has allowed Holiday on Ice to extend its tours, increase the number of shows and reach new audiences.
Our partners are experienced in promoting live entertainment and have a strong production background. While Stage Entertainment Touring Productions can deliver a turnkey show providing everything from sound and light equipment to marketing materials the local promoter must take care of the pre-production, ticketing, marketing campaign, media partnerships and so on.
Getting to know our potential partners and providing detailed information about our shows and working system is the first step towards a fruitful, long-term partnership.
Production
Once an agreement as been signed, our Operational Department takes care of the project management, technical aspects, logistics, visas and travel arrangements.
Marketing
Stage Entertainment Touring Productions provides promotional materials such as key visuals and logos, electronic press kits, the 'making of' reel and access to our image library, as well as the detailed information required to prepare press releases; this information includes the biographies of the creative team and the actors. Stage Entertainment Touring Productionsalso performs a consultative role during the planning of the local marketing campaign, based on its own experience with promoting the show in its core markets.
Period and number of weeks
Several itinerary and logistics variables have to be considered before we can provide information concerning show availability. In order to analyse availability, we must first receive information regarding the requested period, the number of performance weeks, and whether it is to be a tour to a single city or to more than one city.
Transport time
Another important aspect is the transport time between the cities on the tour plan. A project might not be feasible if the number of transport weeks is too great in comparison with the number of performance weeks.
Market analysis
Researching both the economics and demographics of the touring cities as well as the competitive environment is key to the success of a project. During the negotiation period, seating capacity and categories, average ticket price, marketing budget and sponsoring potential are established.
Venue
Stage Entertainment Touring Productions reserves the right to approve the venue where the performances are to take place. Venues must fulfil all technical and safety requirements and be defined prior to the signing of an agreement.
